Led the social enterprise on upcycling post-consumer denim waste and selling afterwards as well as organizing workshops to teach basic do-it-yourself activities. 

My responsibilities were:
• Developing business and marketing strategies as well as coordinating their execution with respect to the budget
• Managing the collaborations with the stakeholders for denim collection, workshops and spreading the word to about the importance of circular economy and upcycling

Outcomes:
• 270 thousand liters of water consumption and 950 kilograms of CO2 emission were prevented due to our upcycling activities
• We received a grant from Ankara Development Agency and I was selected among top 12 social innovators by Red Bull Amaphiko Turkey
