I'm a business coach helping B2C executives achieve health and prosperity in their ventures. I’m also an investor with firsthand understanding of running successful businesses.

I'm an excellent choice for managers and leaders seeking a coach and advisor with extensive international business know-how. I bring 25 years of practical experience living and working in the US, Asia, and Europe.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Denmark. I left home at 18 to work in the USA and help my family build what would become, with time, BoConcept, an international furniture retailer with more than 270 stores worldwide.

Between then and the age of 40, I worked across various locations in the USA and Asia, driving the growth of the store's network and building and managing international teams and relationships with company franchisees. I was in the middle of my INSEAD Executive MBA program when my family decided to sell the business. The sale led me to leave my job, rethink my professional and personal paths, and eventually reinvent myself. 

I look back at 20+ years as an ambitious professional, store manager, and later, a regional director and senior executive who often spent most of the work week in airplanes and hotel rooms, pushing himself and others to deliver growth. I enjoyed doing business and seeing the results of my work. In Asia, I led a network of more than 50 stores across ten countries, almost tripled company sales within five years after I took over the responsibility, and successfully managed turnarounds in Japan and China. I built the BoConcept retail network from scratch to comprise more than 20 stores in the US.

Despite enjoying my work in business, I was often stressed, and I did not always show the best side to my teams and partners. I spent the first years after we sold the company in search of fulfillment. I experienced burnout, which was a painful period. Still, I am grateful because it changed my thinking and way of living and interacting with others.

I learned to listen to the needs of my body. I dived into understanding my emotions and the emotions of others, and I got better at finding balance in life and within personal and business relationships. I have a lot to share regarding my experience as a business executive and as a human being searching for success in business and keeping a good balance in life.

Working with business leaders to achieve excellence in business while remaining balanced in life allows me to combine two passions—the world of business and feeling well in body and mind.

Championed operational excellence, customer service, and business development as Managing Partner. Directed a team of 8+ laborers and support staff, and 50+ part-time and seasonal laborers.

Collaborated closely with designers, display houses, and sales leaders to bring creative visions to life on budget. Ensured booths were dismantled and shipped to the next location.

Executed the build, installation, and dismantling of booths for 50+ annual trade shows including the Twin Cities Auto show, Medical Design and Manufacturing Trade Show, and Polaris Dealership Meetings.

Life has a way of throwing curveballs. Mine came in the form of a 450-pound tractor tire. 🚜


Years ago, I faced an excruciating setback after attempting to lift a mammoth tractor tire - two herniated discs and a long list of spinal complications. 

The injury took its toll on my body and mind, but through a combination of mindset shifts, research, and sheer determination, I've transformed my life. 

And, as a result, I found my life's purpose: helping others transform theirs.

This decade-long journey of recovery saw me experimenting with multiple remedies - from diet and exercise to alternative therapies. 

But the magic lay in the small, daily habit changes. It's these subtle shifts that propelled me from pain to strength, and from despair to joy.

2020 threw another challenge at me: the pandemic halted my family's business and pushed me to pivot. I dived into tech, and as I understood the digital world better, I recognized a recurring theme. 

Professionals, constantly glued to their screens, were experiencing health issues I had solutions to.

Thus, my mission was reborn: Wellness Coaching for Tech Professionals.
