Previously, I was CBO at Globant, where I led business operations across Latin America and the US and helped launch the Software Division. I witnessed the company’s journey from an 80-person startup to a global tech powerhouse — an experience that shaped my perspective on adaptability, resilience, and strategy in dynamic environments.

I also advocate for best practices in AI as a Board Member in AI in Latam, the most prestigious agnostic AI organization, accelerating real-world adoption of Artificial Intelligence.

After more than 3.5 million miles flown with American Airlines and 20 years in executive leadership and consulting, today I dedicate my time to advising startups and organizations on digital transformation, strategy, and AI adoption.

My advisory portfolio includes Skyloom (pioneers in space-based optical communications), Alephee (a platform boosting online sales for brands and distributors), and Delphi Interactive (creators of immersive experiences like 007 at the intersection of art, technology, and gaming).

I’m also a high school teacher at ORT, where I teach Startup at School to senior students. A humbling, transformative experience that reminds me curiosity and creativity are the bedrock of leadership and technological progress.

As a speaker and consultant, I’m passionate about guiding organizations through digital transformation, focusing on the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human-centered values.

Academically, I hold an MBA from IAE Business School and a degree in Systems and Computer Science from Universidad CAECE.

Outside of work, I find joy in the unexpected: flying drones, practicing sports, exploring new horizons, or cheering for River Plate.
