🟣 Single-handedly came up with a  resolution to reconcile mismatch of requirements and skills between the client and agency and retained  the account which had been under threat. Built and managed the account team to handle the increase in business. 

🟣 Stepped into the newly created role of Group Client Service Director. Pioneered the key account concept to encourage cross referral between the different businesses within the group. Created a blueprint for identifying and  handling key accounts, authored Account Handlers Manual, increased British Airways billing 150% year on  year, increased number of Michael Peters subsidiaries working with TSB from 3 to 5. 

🟣 Director, Michael Peters Literature Ltd, key responsibilities for business development, management  of 10 staff plus board director duties. Generated £130,000 new fee revenue in first 6 months in role.  Innovated data collection system to facilitate analysis and planning.
