Most strategies fails quietly. Not because the model was wrong. Not because the data was flawed. But because it was imposed, not owned.

One of the biggest shifts in my MBA core was realizing that strategy is not something you do to an organization. It is something you build with it.
Analytical rigor matters. Of course it does.

But without shared meaning, strategy becomes compliance. And compliance never creates momentum.

The leaders who get this right integrate disciplined thinking with human insight. They create clarity that people can align behind, not just instructions to follow.

Logistics Consultant / Operations logistics coordination

For this role, I oversee and lead the team of offshore based logistics coordinators to contribute the rig/platform and build materials/equipment demand for drilling and production activity.
Furthermore, I support daily logistics coordination team. I prepare NPT and Ad-Hoc Reports.
Moreover, I conduct NCR and daily equipment forecast analysis based on lookahead inputs. 
My Key Achievements:
• Ensured continuous improvement of SaaS by coordinating implementation of ERP SaaS.
• Provided excellent customer support on specific areas to ensure exceptional customer service.

Logistics & Materials Technical Engineer

Adjunct Lecturer / Expert (Supply Chain & Logistics)

As a lead logistics coordinator, I have directed a team of more than 20 offshore and onshore based logistics and materials coordinators to support the rig/platform.
Also, I have supported workers to build materials along with equipment demand for drilling and production activities.
Correspondingly, I consolidated master equipment list, vessel route optimization, supply base planning engagement, and coordination of timely return of equipment utilized.
Following are my Key Achievements:
• Steered efforts in working on enhancements for digital logistics software, implemented new modules. 
• Reduced cost, including vessel turn around, high-cost equipment turnaround optimization, and resource use optimization.
• Recognized for completing equipment delivery process from vendor/WHSE to rig within time/deadlines constraints. 
• Successfully optimized supply base in conjunction with integrated contractor.
• Ensured compliance of offshore and onshore logistics coordination operation in accordance with L&I common processes and business needs.

SCM & Logistics Lead 

During this time, I have administered the system for whole team and supporting implementation of digital software. 
My Key Achievements for this role:
• Headed scrum team to execute agile ways of working and save millions by implementing efficient use of resources and eliminating waste.
• Avoided excessive vessel turnaround and minimized cost by formulating an effective strategy for efficient planning.

Offshore Logistics Team Lead

During my time at BP AGT, I supported rig/platform to build materials and equipment demand for drilling & production.
It’s worth mentioning that I have fostered positive working relationships with stakeholders by communicating effectively regularly. 
Key Achievements:
• Recognized as a superuser by guiding and mentoring new logistics software offshore.
• Eliminated paperwork exercise by digitalizing the whole process to ensure seamless waste backload procedure.
• Simplified deck management and NCR process for non-compliant cargo.

Offshore Logistics / Inventory & Materials Management.

As a Transport Coordinator,  I was responsible for travel arrangements as well where I coordinated all business travelers throughout the company.
I was tasked for arranging meet and assist for newcomers to country, supporting with business visa, accommodation, travel and hotel expenditure reports, invoices and company resources allocation as well as tracking. Transportation arrangements, daily collaboration with fleet dispatchers. 
I contributed in optimization of invoicing structure and monthly reports.
Key Achievements:
• Lessened transportation cost by allocating same destination to travelers.
• Documented customer satisfaction report tracking to ensure best customer experience.
• Successfully outsourced internal services into Airport’s CIP services.
• Minimized extra work hours through efficient schedule setup implementation.
