I manage a team of Planners, Schedulers, and Data Analysts and work closely with site leadership to optimize the utilization of resources. I produce quarterly financial and schedule projections that forecast the shop volume over the next 15 years. These reports are used as inputs into several financial and scheduling systems and are relied upon by the company's executives. I successfully led the transition from MS Project to Primavera P6 for the site scheduling tool, which is now producing resource loaded leveling runs and reports for various stakeholders. In addition, I lead a section of the morning meeting to discuss bottlenecks and roadblocks and assign actions to supporting staff to mitigate the concerns.
