- Automated data extraction, sanitization, and presentation processes, saving 10-man hours per week and enhancing the quality and accuracy of weekly high-level reports
- Educated leaders on system capabilities and broke down communication barriers, improving payment process flows
- Led process management team working with Sanctions Center of Excellence (SSCoE) and Global Financial Crimes partners to document the Bank of America Sanctions process end-to-end, and identify metrics and controls while recommending new controls to mitigate gaps and spillage
- Documented and tracked risks, results, and issues for a pre-paid card unemployment remediation project, working with internal partners and third-party vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Created and presented technical documentation for Unemployment Pre-Paid Card claims investigation processes, leading to a contingency of operations for personnel turnover

National Gypsum Company

- Managed mill operations for a drywall manufacturing plant, overseeing 12 employees and raw material delivery. Ensured quality, safety, and efficiency standards were met and maintained.
- Ensured the purity of raw materials by conducting quality testing using various analytical methods and instruments. Compared the test results with the pre-established specifications and standards and reported any deviations or non-conformities to the quality control (QC) unit.
- Led a board reclaim project to recycle imperfect gypsum board for reuse, reducing waste disposal costs and increasing raw material availability.

- Senior advisor to the Squadron Commander for all Communications and IT related projects
- Used phone and email to coordinate mission planning with sister squadrons as well as external civilian and federal organizations
- Presented for approval and implemented a remote work environment for all IT support staff during COVID-19
- Managed day-to-day operations and risk for help desk, information systems, and communications teams, providing reliable and secure network operations, information services, and data management for 500+ military and civilian personnel
- Created and instructed information security training regarding the proper use and risk measures of handling classified and unclassified data for an organization of 300 users while deployed to Afghanistan 
- Led and oversaw various IT/communications projects, including infrastructure re-cabling, SharePoint migration, tactical communications establishment, data lifecycle management, and multiple IT Network Device End of Lifecycle operations. Projects were delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Ensured functionality and mission readiness of communications, computer, and network equipment across the organization, valued at over 10 million USD. Managed the security, care, and maintenance of the equipment, following best practices and DoD and NIST Standards for 2 years with zero incidents
- Developed monthly Unit Status Report (USR), compiling all unit inventory, personnel, equipment, and training metrics to be presented to the Department of Defense (DoD) for use in identifying units for future deployment

Yesterday, I cried after very long time…

While driving to a meeting with my company lawyer, I was listening to the audiobook “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins.
.
.
At one point, I had to slow down the car.
My eyes filled with tears.
.
.
He was speaking about his childhood.
About being beaten almost daily by his own father.
.
.
Not once.
Not by accident.
But repeatedly, for almost any reason.
.
.
It hit me deeply.
.
.
I started thinking about how many kids, right now, at this exact moment, might be going through something similar.

.
Behind closed doors.
In silence.
Invisible to the world.

.
I don’t know what I can do about all of that.
But I know one thing with absolute certainty.

I will never, ever raise a hand against my son.
For any reason.

I believe humans were given the ability to speak for a reason.

• Legacy is built quietly, daily, when no one is watching

I’m grateful for the lessons that hurt, the people who stayed, and the standards I refused to lower.

A while back, I spent almost two hours on a Zoom call 
with Jason Fladlien for my podcast. (Full Episode Coming Soon)

At one point, the conversation shifted away 
from tactics, funnels, or revenue…
and landed on something much deeper: impact.

What stuck with me was this idea:

Most people think impact is how inspired someone feels in the moment.
The comments. The praise. The “this was amazing” messages.

But real impact shows up later.
Not in emotion, in action.

Did someone actually change a behavior?
Did they finally make a decision they were avoiding?
Did something tangible look different 30 days later?

Because a message can feel powerful…
and still change nothing.

The highest form of impact isn’t being memorable.
It’s being measurable.

Now, before I create or share anything, I ask myself one question:

“If someone applied this, what would actually change in their life?”

That’s the bar.
That's the impact.
