I’m an entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience founding and scaling businesses. 
I’m the Co-Founder of Inner Circle, a dating app founded in 2012, which has grown to over 8 million users across 50 countries. 

As Chief Operating Officer and acting Chief Marketing Officer, I sit at the intersection of leadership, hiring, execution, and growth.

Across that journey, I’ve helped build teams from 0 to more than 50 people across two continents. 
I’ve interviewed 1,000's of candidates and hired 100's of high performers, giving me a front-row seat to what separates teams that scale from those that stall. 

As companies grow, performance rarely breaks because of strategy. It breaks when clarity fades, standards slip, and execution becomes inconsistent. My perspective is practical and grounded in operating reality. High-performing companies are built by A-player teams, clear priorities, and leaders who combine ownership with humanity.

I work privately with individuals operating under sustained pressure - leaders, founders, and public figures whose success demands clarity, emotional control, and discretion.

My background is in psychology and mental health, and my work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, performance, and relationships. I am particularly known for my work on perfectionism - how it drives achievement, and how it quietly erodes decision-making, connection, and long-term resilience when left unexamined.

I support people in senior roles across finance, law, elite sport, and public life. Many come to me when outward success is no longer matched by internal stability, or when the cost of performing well has started to show up in their relationships, judgment, or sense of self.

My approach is grounded in psychological practice and commercial awareness, with a strong emphasis on discretion. I work as a trusted advisor behind the scenes, helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, relational intelligence, and decision-making under pressure.

Alongside my private work, I am the founder of Reddi and L’Amour Privé - a private ecosystem for intentional connection - an elite singles community if you will. Through these platforms, I work with a small number of individuals and partners to create thoughtful introductions and curated experiences where depth, chemistry, and integrity matter more than performance or profile.

My work, whether in performance, relationships, or personal recalibration, is guided by the same principle: depth over display, intention over urgency, and excellence that is sustainable rather than performative.

Recently launched and onto our first bootstrap round, we’ve already hit the headlines.

We believe that as orchestrators of relationships, we also need to be socially responsible. Poor mental health outcomes are increasing, young people are not even hooking-up or having sex, and we’ve seen a rise in solo mums by choice, and single lonely depressed men. Something is going wrong, and we want to be the thought leaders behind changing that: not just for our current generations, but the many more to come.

Our app is just the tip of the iceberg, and we have big dreams to create more products and experiences, both digital and in real life - we are creating a 'connecting, educational, and supportive coaching' platform designed to not be deleted - we want to be there for our members throughout all of their relationship lifecycles.
