— Develop and manage UIIS program (discussion panels, keynote speeches, fireside chats, etc)
— Reaching out to, following up with and keeping track of potential speakers
— Ensuring that not only the speakers but also the content they present on stage are high level, inspiring and relevant
— Provide leadership and direction to the team of coordinators and volunteers (10+ people) to ensure that all elements of the on-stage content and speaker experience are executed
— Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that program and speakers are communicated to UIIS audience in an exciting and timely manner
— Build, manage and maintain strong partner relationships (work with 60+ partners during UIIS)
— Manage the speaker travel and hotel budget
— On-site: Stage and Speaker Lounge management, being the POC for Speakers when questions or last-minute changes arise

The first pilot project of technology cluster is telecom accelerator VDNG-TECh supported by Kyivstar. It`s unique, adapted to market needs, 3-months educational program for telecom-startups, which give a chance to young entrepreneurs to launch their product in partnership with leading Ukrainian telecom-operator.

What looked like corporate drama was exactly the kind of unhinged, quirky chaos this platform craves. Cosplay-corporate energy at its finest. Chef's kiss.

Nobody knew who the real CEO was, which of course boosted it even more.

And yeah, linkedin hands out free reach for job changes.
So giving the whole team fake/stupid titles is the viral mechanic I’m only sad i didn’t come up with first.
