As an experienced educator and soft skills trainer, I aspire to contribute to the lives of young professionals, college students, and teachers by training them in identifying and reaching their complete potential in various facets of life. With over 17 years of hands-on experience as an educator, administrator, training in soft skills and, delivering bespoke intervention signature programs for corporates  and my passion for giving back to society, I help individuals and organisations - to discover and harness their true potential while elevating their productivity rate.

Off the phone tasks: 
- Able to monitor calls. Check if team member calls meets the standard bank procedure, making sure the account security protocol has been followed and we they missed the list making sure to escalate to the assigned manager.
- Check team stats such as call handling, call resolution, call time handling, ang making sure they are meeting the call quality.
- Update team members personal folders, such as making sure that their contact information's are accurate, checking their attendance, making sure everyone's completing training to meet the companies standard and many more.
