As an experienced educator and soft skills trainer, I aspire to contribute to the lives of young professionals, college students, and teachers by training them in identifying and reaching their complete potential in various facets of life. My aim is to channelize my lifelong learnings at varied levels into training in soft skills like negotiation, conflict management, stress management, confidence building, goal setting, personality development, and emotional intelligence.

With an unwavering aspiration to excel, I have excelled in all facets of my life with gratifying happiness, despite my humble beginning and challenges of the language barrier, balancing work with study and family, multiple relocations, and community service. 

With over 17 years of hands-on experience as an educator, administrator, training in soft skills and, delivering bespoke intervention signature programs for corporates  and my passion for giving back to society, I help individuals and organisations - to discover and harness their true potential while elevating their productivity rate. 

My customized programs offer training in areas such as Team Building, Personality Development, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Stress Management, Faulty Development Program, etc to transform individuals and organizations into their best versions.
