Cornelia Perron Consulting supports / advices entrepreneurs / CEO mainly in Germany and Switzerland, sometimes worldwide if GDPR needs to be adhered to, generally in regards to privacy and compliance. The introduction of the general data protection regulation (GDPR) of the EU in May 2018 brought various additional requirements and duties that need to be adhered to - even from the smallest entity/company. A compliant privacy policy is just one of several requirements that needs to be implemented and then adhered to.

The "TTDSG" valid as of 1st December 2021 in Germany - all privacy requirements of the "TKG" and "TMG" are now consolidated, updated and expanded in the TTDSG. 

The German and/or EU regulations need to be adhered to by many Swiss companies as well. If businesses are concluded with European citizens or companies, various privacy regulations are valid for Swiss companies as well.

Privacy, discretion and confidentiality are very important to you and/or your customers. 

I advise my clients on how to better protect their customers' privacy as well as their own and their business secrets. 

These can be simple measures such as confidentiality agreements, employee training or the use of a secure messenger service. 

Or longer-term changes may also be necessary, such as switching to a more trustworthy host or cloud provider, using a dedicated server for business secrets, etc. 

Regardless of the area, I will advise / support you with regard to 

- Inventory of needs and developing a customised action plan
- Ensuring that the discretion and confidentiality of your customers' privacy is protected.
- Providing any necessary staff training so that your employees are warned about the nasty tricks 
   of fraudsters and other challenges.
- Ensure that the technology and service providers meet your needs.

So that you can be sure that your business secrets and the privacy of your customers and yourself are safe.
