Water is an underinvested market, yet it’s one of the most crucial resources we have. But I believe that through better storytelling and innovation, we can shine a light on the water industry’s challenges and opportunities. 

In 2014, I founded Sutro, a robotic water diagnostics platform designed to improve water chemistry and safety. I sold Sutro to Sani Marc in 2019 and am currently leading day-to-day operations.

Today, as President of Sutro (a subsidiary of Sani Marc), I oversee the development, marketing, and sales of smart water monitoring devices. Our technology is trusted by some of the biggest brands in the industry, and we are the only NSF-certified autonomous device for water safety.

Served as a Louisiana licensed public health inspector from 2018-2020 prior to promoting to Engineering Services Division.

Plans, schedules, and performs comprehensive and complex surveys, audits, inspections or investigations of water systems

Meets with and serves as consultant to parish, state, and federal government agencies, trade associations and civic groups for the purpose of promoting and explaining requirements of state and federal laws and regulations.
 
Issues Notices of Violations and regulatory letters to permitted water systems found to be in violation of the Louisiana State Sanitary Code, State or Federal laws and regulations which pose a threat to the health and safety of the public.
 
Conducts conferences with water systems pertaining to violations of the State Sanitary Code regulations as well as local municipal or federal ordinances. Initiates subsequent enforcement actions to achieve compliance. 
 
Serves as expert witness at hearings, enforcement proceedings and court cases.
