I led the Data & AI strategy for The Coca-Cola Company’s global B2C e-commerce, working with global teams and all operating units to scale Coke&Go. I reported directly to the Global VP of B2C, leading a 15-person Data & AI team and collaborating with D2C, business, bottlers, and IT teams.


Facing an aging brand perception, shifting consumer preferences, and a stagnating customer base, Coca-Cola started a journey to deliver personalized consumer experiences to reconnect with Gen Z, boost customer engagement, and increase purchase frequency.

• I aimed to scale Coke&Go globally as Coca-Cola’s personalized, AI-powered shopping experience to increase weekly+ purchase frequency, attract and re-engage Gen Z consumers, convert non-drinkers into regular consumers, and drive profitable growth.

• I led the AI product development of Coke&Go, an AI-powered Smart Cooler and Coca-Cola’s first global AI Product. Coke&Go offers an autonomous shopping experience - unlock the cooler via mobile app, grab a drink, close the door, and get charged automatically.

• I built and executed Coke&Go's Data & AI product vision and roadmap, scaling it from a local MVP in Brazil, China, and Japan to a strategic global B2C initiative. I collaborated with Coca-Cola operating units (OUs) across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, LATAM, and Africa while influencing senior stakeholders company-wide.

• I shaped Coke&Go's AI-powered Growth vision by integrating Growth, Product Strategy, and AI — focused on four pillars: cooler placement/go-to-market, purchase frequency, customer engagement, and personalization. I co-led with OUs early pilots, including a cooler placement recommendation model, shopper recruitment and purchase frequency experiments, and personalization initiatives.

• I built Coke&Go’s global data & analytics foundations - including a global data lake, real-time consumer database, consumer segmentation, and analytics tools - which power Coca-Cola’s personalization strategy.

Global Head of AI, Data & Product Growth – B2C e-Commerce

I led the AI Product Strategy for Coca-Cola's B2B & D2C e-commerce platforms across North America and LATAM, reporting directly to the VP of Technology for e-Commerce & MarTech, Americas, and leading cross-functional teams in data science, martech, engineering, and UX.


Post-pandemic shifts in consumption, rising e-commerce competition, outdated e-commerce platform architecture, and customer engagement & personalization gaps created urgent business needs for Coca-Cola to invest in its own B2B and D2C e-commerce.

• I focused on building personalization, product recommendations, and more engaging AI-powered shopping experiences—an approach that spans the entire customer journey, from discovery to purchase, engagement, and beyond.

• I partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to run early pilots of product recommendations for myCoke, Coca-Cola North America's B2B e-commerce.

• I supported MarTech and Adobe in setting up data capabilities for personalization in Coca-Cola en Tu Hogar, LATAM D2C e-commerce.

• I co-led the AI partnership between McDonald's and Coca-Cola across LATAM to deliver Omnichannel, AI-powered Shopping Experiences across food delivery platforms, restaurants, drive-thrus, and mobile app to increase beverage incidence in McDonald's offers.

As co-founder of Coca-Cola Brazil's Digital Transformation division, I led Data & AI and co-led digital strategy. I reported directly to the VP of Digital Transformation, leading a 20-person Data & AI team and collaborating with business, IT, and Coca-Cola bottlers teams.


In Brazil, Coca-Cola faced declining sales and a disconnect with consumers - prompting its first Digital Transformation division, later a global model. A journey to restore profitable growth through personalized customer experiences and D2C & B2B e-commerce.

• I defined the Data & AI vision, built capabilities for AI-driven growth, fostered a consumer-centric digital transformation culture, and drove profitable growth through AI-powered shopping experiences across customer & commercial, and D2C e-commerce strategies.

• I co-led the creation of Coca-Cola’s first global AI-powered Product: Coke&Go, a Smart Cooler launched as an MVP. I shaped the Data & AI vision, built data, computer vision, and AI capabilities, and led agile experiments to measure conversion, AOV, loyalty, and profit.

• I co-led the AI partnership between Coca-Cola, its bottlers, and Carrefour to reduce out-of-stock (OOS) events and boost product availability in supermarkets. The AI-powered OOS Reduction solution reduces lost sales by delivering daily store-level OOS alerts and prevents OOS by predicting consumer demand and generating suggested orders. The project scaled across Brazil & LATAM customers.

• I collaborated with customer and commercial leadership to shape the vision for AI-powered RGM, ensuring Coca-Cola had the right product in the right package, in the right channel, at the right price to drive transactions and meet consumers where they are.

• I built and led Coca-Cola Brazil’s capabilities for AI-powered Growth - including data foundations, a business performance analytics platform, and data science capabilities - and implemented AI product management processes to build and scale AI-powered Products.
