As the Managing Director at Spring Box London, I oversee the installation of FF&E for some of the most prestigious architecture and interior design companies, as well as global furniture brands and agencies. With my team of professional and skilled installers, we deliver and fit high-end furniture, kitchens, and custom-designed pieces, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

My passion is to work with people and provide value to the interior design industry. I have a unique background in rugby development and team building, which has helped me develop strong customer-facing skills, leadership, and communication skills. I also enjoy connecting with peers and experts on LinkedIn, and sharing insights and best practices on how to improve the FF&E installation and delivery process. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges that can help me grow and learn as a professional.

Hai! Perkenalkan nama saya Aldhila Batistuta. Saya biasa dipanggil Batis dan berusia 24 tahun. Saat ini saya telah lulus dari kampus Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu Kendal jurusan Desain Furnitur. Saya pernah mengikuti intern atau magang dengan total 9 bulan dengan tempat perusahaan yang berbeda yaitu PT Adiwraksa Atyanta selama 3 bulan dan PT Pinako Rotari Permai selama 6 bulan. Pada saat magang saya ditempatkan pada divisi RnD yang bertugas membuat atau merancang sebuah gambar kerja khususnya furnitur melalui aplikasi AutoCAD serta Photoshop, dan juga membuat beberapa desain produk furnitur secara manual.
