For 25 years, I've helped companies communicate with key stakeholders about their most challenging situations. Along the way, I've helped hundreds of companies be more prepared for a crisis and navigate existential threats to their viability.

I know what works and what doesn't. I've seen what happens when a company doesn't respond effectively (and has to clean up the mess). I'm also proud to have played a role in companies that responded well and thrived post-crisis. That's right, a crisis can be an opportunity.
