Coaching skills, transformational know-how, and conversational 'magic' (as Rich Litvin may call it) will only take you so far.

Sure, they’re enough to serve people who know you.

But what about the unaware majority? The 90%?

What about that executive who desperately needs your help? Or the leader burning out from decision fatigue, feeling like they need to "perform" all the time?

Coaching is about meeting people where they are, yes?

I’m not suggesting I have "all the proven templates"—far from it.
