•	Developed new messaging and strategy, focused on customer problems, rather than the product, to change the conversation focused on value, not price, infusing the messaging into all Sales collateral, demand generation campaigns and SDR cadences.
•	Created a new company brand essence and story that clearly defined the market value proposition,  choreographing the brand essence throughout all Marketing messaging and Sales enablement assets. 
•	Retooled a global event engine to focus on ROI over brand, increasing the lead volume through an effective event strategy.

•	Redesigned company web properties to attract and capture traffic, increasing monthly user counts by over 300%.  Tripled LinkedIn visitors and more than doubled web site traffic in less than 6 months using targeted content and calls-to-action.

Reporting directly to the CEO, recruited to lead all aspects of a publicly-traded, managed file transfer technology company's global marketing efforts, including strategy, messaging and positioning, brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, channel marketing, website messaging, social media strategy, investor, analyst and public relations. Full budget responsibility ($10m) for a team of 8 high-performing marketers.  Position eliminated in company-wide reduction-of-force.

•	Rebranded the company to position it for growth in a cloud-based, SaaS market, creating a new logo, corporate brand essence, color palette and company messaging.  
•	Launched the company’s first SaaS-based, MRR product that allowed customers to pay based on consumption.  Implemented SaaS model with no near-term revenue dip and project revenue increase due to increased customer consumption.
•	Developed a digital marketing and demand generation strategy that increased top-of-funnel lead generation by 285%. 
•	Completely redesigned and relaunched the company web site, reducing overall cost by more than 60%, while increasing SEO, visitor traffic and overall lead capture through effective calls to action.
