The platform helps life sciences and healthcare organizations find and recruit patients for clinical trials faster and more efficiently. You might look at this timeline and see chaos.

I look at it and see the exact pattern every growth engine follows.

Because the data always tells the truth even when people don’t want to hear it.

Phase 1 — You plant seeds. Nothing “works.”
(Feb → Apr)

The early months were full of meet and greets, podcast recordings, long conversations, and introducing myself to as many people as possible.

– Hires were almost nonexistent
– Job posts were minimal
– Buyer meetings were inconsistent and scattered

Most companies kill the strategy right here.

Why?

Because they confuse activity that creates future results with activity that captures immediate results.

They expect harvest before anything has even taken root.

It doesn’t work that way.

Not for talent.
Not for brand.
Not for any GTM motion that depends on trust.

Phase 2 — The pull begins.
(May → Sept)

This is where the compounding starts to show up.

I start with a raw recording.

In this case, a 45 minute podcast around 6 gigabytes in size.

I drop that file into Whisper Transcription.

Within 4 to 5 minutes, it gives me a title, a short summary, and a complete transcript.

Once the transcription is done, it connects with ChatGPT, so I can run a live chat over the content to pull out themes, summaries, or specific stats.
