I’ve built my career in sales and business development by doing the work most people avoid: prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and staying consistent long after the first “no.”

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across manufacturing, healthcare, motorsports, and other B2B environments where trust, follow-through, and real conversations matter more than slick decks. I’ve built pipeline, grown accounts, supported dealer and partner networks, and learned how to navigate complex buying groups without losing momentum.

I believe a “no” is rarely the end of a conversation. More often, it’s an opportunity to add value, understand timing, and leave the door open for the right moment. That mindset has helped me stay disciplined with outreach, resilient in the field, and focused on long-term relationships rather than quick wins.

I’m at my best in roles where I can own my territory or accounts, show up face to face, and be accountable for results. I enjoy working with business owners and operators, asking good questions, and connecting solutions to outcomes that actually move the needle.

Right now, I’m open to sales, business development, account management, and field-based roles with teams that value integrity, effort, and relationship-driven growth.

Investigated and utilized creative brainstorm techniques with a small team of engineers. 
Initiated and sustained a small prototype shop with one machinist and three machining centers. Programmed and machined prototype implants and instruments using a CNC mill and lathe. 
Published technical reports and protocols documenting design testing and verification. 
Successfully launched 2 innovative and life saving product systems into the field. 
Researched competitive markets and designed creative marketing demos and strategies. 
Reviewed drawings and assemblies with vendors/machinists to ensure manufacturability. 
Designed, constructed, and implemented test fixtures to simulate in vivo loading.

     Designed to stop a 100 ton ladle of molten steel.
     Harsh environment due to air particulate and extreme temperatures. 
     Unique cam actuation design.

Creating exciting new solutions to complex problems has been a staple of Kyle's career, and now it is his platform to disrupt markets and change the world.  

It began at a startup medical device company (Acute Innovations) where he created the first purposefully collapsible and conformable bone fixation implant to give surgeons the flexibility they needed during surgery and uneventful outcomes that kept patients comfortable and have shorter hospital stays.

It moved to the automation and product design world as a consultant where he was able to help companies to the likes of but not limited to:  Hewlett Packard portable printers - designed/implemented the quietest paper pick system to be seen within that department, Georgia Pacific - designed a very unique and sanitary method to dispense cutlery, then his work at Oculus - creating hardware designs for optics that won the awe and inspiration of some of the biggest names in the tech world (definitely a highlight, but can't say too much about it.)  

Kyle turned his sights to passion and focused on an emerging market that is ripe for innovation and desperate for automation.  Cannabis had always been a creative catalyst for him, and being a hands-on engineer the classic "joint" was a preferred method and allowed him to hone a craft or almost ritual to his occasional usage.  Once he discovered the inconsistency and quality issues of conventional "cone stuffing" for creating pre-rolls, the target was set in his scopes and we were off to creating RollPros. 

The RollPros Blackbird Rolling center is a revolutionary piece of automation equipment born in the cannabis industry that utilizes TruRoll technology to create a truly unique and quality preroll at a clip of 750+ per hour.   Unlike traditional cone stuffers, the Blackbird rolls a charge of precision weighed cannabis at a tension that is adjustable on-the-fly by the operator.  It uses truly raw materials that are ethically sourced and create a huge reduction (80%) in COGs for the customer.  The Blackbird puts the customer back in control of their product and gives them the freedom to create new unique products.
