As the co-founder of the company, I led the launch of the sustainable e-commerce brand julienneswim.com, dedicated to offering high-quality products while fostering a strong sense of community. I was responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall strategy, covering key areas such as sales, marketing, IT, finance, customer relations, logistics, and legal compliance. I successfully implemented an omnichannel distribution strategy, optimizing both online and offline touchpoints to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

I also spearheaded the development of the e-commerce website, overseeing art direction and executing multiple photoshoots, as well as designing the logo and other brand visuals. Additionally, I established a network of suppliers and distributors who aligned with our values of sustainability, excellence, and respect.
