Collaborated closely with Customer Success, Cognite Academy and Professional Services to ensure partners were onboarded and successfully able to deliver Cognite projects. Manager of a team of Microsoft 365 Customer Success product marketing managers, who covered 12 of the Microsoft Western Europe Subsidiaries (countries). We were solely focused (and measured) on how well our customers adopted our solutions. We drove programmatic Adoption campaigns across Europe, in collaboration with the marketing organization and local Subsidary teams. Responsible for successfully reaching Consumption goals/KPIs and driving governance across all 12 markets. I engaged deeply with Microsoft Corporate team in Redmond to suggest changes in strategy or raise issues/ask for investments.

I am a passionate advocate for Collaboration/Adoption & Change Management/Digital Transformation and am often used as a speaker at customer and partner events/sessions.

Microsoft 365 Customer Success Lead - Western Europe HQ

I led the Office 365 Division in Microsoft Norway. I managed a team of product marketing managers who built go-to-market plans based on customer/audience and competitive insights. Together we were responsible for reaching (and measure/report on) a set of business goals and targets. This included reaching revenue, scorecard, adoption and market share goals for products like Office 365, Skype for Business, Office, Yammer, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange. We were responsible for seizing business opportunities and building a market plan together with segment/audience marketing, across multiple channels, both traditional and digital. We drove awareness and demand generation through events like seminars, webinars, PR and traditional/digital marketing engines. I was responsible for driving governance and changes to the go-to-market strategy, based on analyzing business opportunities/issues and market dynamics. 

We assessed the overall strengths of the sales and marketing force in being able to message the value proposition, story tell and advocate (demo) our key products. Me and my team built and executed plans to ensure that both the internal and partner salesforce had the ability to land the key value proposition. 

In July 2015 Microsoft Norway was awarded  Microsoft Subsidiary of the year Award for my Product Division (i.e acknowledged as best country in our segment in the world). At the same time I personally was awarded Circle of Excellence Platinum Award - the most prestigious award possible to receive in Microsoft. Nominated and accepted into the Microsoft High Potential leadership program.

Responsible for developing and executing local marketing and launch plans for Office, SharePoint, Yammer and Skype in the Norwegian market. This included market- and competitive analysis, and responsibility for attaining business objectives and growing market share.

Evangelized Microsoft's productivity solutions internally and externally. Created and delivered customized presentations and demos using in-depth product expertise to articulate the value proposition to key influentials, customers and partners. Often used as key note speaker at both Microsoft- and partner led events.

I also focused on developing the partner ecosystem to ensure quality and delivery capacity in the Norwegian market.

I worked towards the largest enterprise customers in Norway. My main focus was solution sales and how to achieve business value through business productivity solutions.
