In my current position, I have business ownership of the data & analytics domain, focusing on modernising the technology landscape. Nordic Head of Customer Analytics and Data Management | Data & Analytics Business Owner

I led If's Data & Analytics Tribe, with a mission to enable the effective use of data across the organisation, supporting both B2B and B2C business areas in becoming more data-driven. The Tribe consisted of 100+ technologists from 13 countries, including engineers, analysts, data scientists, architects, and educators. Together, we developed and managed data and analytics/AI products, platforms (cloud and on-premise), tools, processes, and data management practices.

A key achievement was developing and executing data and AI strategies, which drove innovation and enabled better decision-making across the business. In addition, I was responsible for fostering and building If's data & analytics community.

The solution had documented, positive business effects on sales and customer retention. We also supported If in the Nordics with descriptive analytics regarding customer base dynamics, customer satisfaction and marketing performance.

This includes the development of centralised data products, data governance and management practices, AI, platforms, and technology. My primary goal is to steer and support If's B2B and B2C business areas across the Nordics in becoming increasingly data-driven, ensuring the optimal use of data to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.

With over 15 years of experience in the data and analytics domain—both as a hands-on analyst and in various leadership roles—I have always focused on effectively leading teams and generating tangible value from data.
