Founders come with deep domain experience across contech and interiors. How does it fit our thesis?
Our thesis around vertical SaaS is focussed around scaling into commerce, especially products that start with mission-critical workflows and expand into transactions and financial offerings once trust and data depth are earned. ProjectStudio executes this progression with discipline—starting with core workflows, expanding into transactions, and ultimately enabling capital.

By first owning high-frequency studio operations, the product becomes the system of record and generates clean, structured data. From there, procurement and payments are natural extensions of the workflow, reducing leakage and aligning incentives across studios and suppliers. Over time, this foundation enables selective, data-backed financial products—priced on real project execution, not assumptions.

What we like most is that ProjectStudio isn’t leading with payments or credit. It’s earning the right to build a financial business model by first becoming indispensable to daily work.
