Never in my wildest dreams did I think the chaos of my childhood would become the blueprint of my career.

I grew up in the collapse of the Soviet Union—
when factories shut down, banks failed, and the future disappeared overnight.

That’s where my obsession with reinvention began.
Not as a corporate slogan.
As a survival strategy.

I was determined to understand one thing:
Why do some people and organizations rise through disruption—while others fall apart?

So I climbed the ladder the “safe” way.

But safety has a way of turning into stagnation.
And I could see it everywhere—
in boardrooms, in classrooms, in the mirror.

So I walked away from the traditional academic path to build what didn’t yet exist:
a science-based system for thriving in disruption.

In the years that followed, I:
