As a Co-founder of Social Impact Solutions, I specialize in helping healthcare and public health nonprofit organizations measure, communicate, and expand their impact. My passion is partnering with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their capacity for evaluation, secure sustainable funding, and ultimately improve community health outcomes. By blending my expertise in nonprofit strategy, social impact research, and program evaluation, I equip organizations with insights and tools to achieve lasting change.

I hold a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Health Education from Loma Linda University, a Master of Science in Nutrition from Clemson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Pre-Health Sciences from Oklahoma State University. My academic research focused on advancing nutrition education in medical curricula and promoting lifestyle behavior change within healthcare—foundations that continue to inform my work in the nonprofit sector. I am also a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM).

Over the years, I have served in national leadership roles with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, including Vice President of Research and Vice President of the Trainee Executive Board. Through nonprofit consulting, conference presentations, and published research, I remain committed to advancing evidence-based practices and amplifying the voices of organizations working at the intersection of healthcare, nutrition, public health, and community well-being.

•	Supporting the program leadership with projects related to program evaluation such as qualitative research design and data management
•	Partnering with school administration and community resources to strengthen protective factors against health risk behaviors through consulting, skill building, motivational interviewing, and referrals
•	Leveraging evidence-based theories and frameworks to tailor individual level interventions that contribute to adolescents making healthier and safer choices in life

•	Consulted and approached patients about in-store wellness services such as oncology and holistic personal care plans to improve health outcomes tied to enhancing self-image and emotional support; store sales have consistently surpassed goals between 35%-50% monthly

Senior Marketing Manager

Neeraj Wadhwa, MBA, MPH, is a Health Educator at the Los Angeles County, Department of Public Health since 2019 working to improve health outcomes among adolescents in areas of substance use, mental health, and sexual health. He has led several key initiatives to further the work of adolescent wellbeing within the department including a qualitative research focus group study and data strategy supporting program evaluation. He is also pursuing a doctoral in public health degree as a third-year student at Loma Linda University and focusing his research on promoting harm reduction strategies to help reduce the incidents of fentanyl-related overdoses amongst adolescents in Los Angeles County. Leveraging his previous work in corporate marketing, business management, and retail, Neeraj has positively contributed to the field of public health in areas such as organizational communications, financial analysis, and relationship management.
