•	Responsibility for the management of regional sales, operations, forecasting and P&L budgets for the region. Meet and exceed all sales/operational goals for the organization.

•	Oversight includes management of interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
•	Manage and coordinate operations of sales reps, route service personal, route drivers, market attendants, and mechanics; assure the highest standard of customer service is provided thru ongoing training. Responsible to manage communication to client accounts regarding pricing, promotions, product delivery and service.
•	Manage workflow in a manner that the team can effectively balance priorities, providing backup support as needed and otherwise ensuring that all work is accomplished with an appropriate sense of urgency and a high level of quality.
•	Work with/analyze quantitative or financial data to monitor trends and make recommendations to ensure improved business outcomes. Develop long-term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients. Responsible for retention and growth of client accounts.
•	Analyze and evaluate activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine region progress towards goals and objectives and to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Responsible for working with regional equipment team to ensure the cost-effective requisition of equipment and vehicles.

Restaurant Technologies

•	Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability within a three state region develop both new and existing customer relationships at multiple levels within the McDonald’s organization.
•	Manage sales materials, contracts, pricing, quote credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for new and existing McDonald’s locations.
•	Research, and present presentations for McDonald’s ownership groups and  manager meetings. Prepare customer market analysis, business reviews, oil usage reports, economic analysis, financial benefits, spreadsheets and business reports.
•	Manage the entire sales and operations process for value added oil management programs. Train McDonalds management teams on SOP for Restaurant Technologies systems.
•	Communicate market conditions with various levels within each account and within different departments within Restaurant Technologies.
•	Accountable for managing operational budgets, sales volume goals, forecasting, P&L, service levels, and updating all company internal reporting and tracking systems.

Coca Cola Refreshment

•	•	Developed a five state DSD network achieving double digit PCV and revenue growth while reducing operational budget by 30%. Increased ACV in region by 25% exceeded all company revenue plans and maximizing distribution coverage in four years.
•	Transitioned a five state DSD operation to a network of four Regional distributors increasing sales, distribution, PCV, and reducing operations costs to maximize revenue. 
•	Maintain and develop key Regional and National accounts, support promotional trade functions, and distributors for the five state region of OH/ PA/ MI/ IN/ and KY.
•	Call on Key Accounts, provide retail level assistance to insure all distribution, sales, PCV and schematic targets are met, achieve all target sales and distribution goals,
•	Provide Distributors and retail buyers with promotional ad activity, sampling events, and marketing tools to support, develop, and expand the Coca- Cola product portfolio.
•	Manage Brokers, Division Distributor Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives and merchandisers on the sales, service and merchandising standards for the Coca-Cola portfolio.
•	Meet with Regional and National chain account buyers conduct business reviews, secure new product authorizations, and promotional activity, to increase sales revenue, distribution, ACV, and Nielson share.
•	Conduct  sales meetings, develop sales plans, incentive goals and business plan presentations for Distributor Managers, Account Managers, and Key Regional and National Account trade partners.
•	Manage all operational budgets, P&L, forecasting and sales budgets. Track sales volume thru company and distributor systems. Meet and exceed all sales, distribution, and volume goals for Mainstream Grocery, NHB Natural Channel, Food Service, UDS, C&G, and Independent Accounts in the region.

•	Meet or exceed all sales, new product distribution, and promotional goals. Coordinate all sales, and promotional activity for 450 accounts within the assigned area.
•	Develop and implement sales, distribution and promotional strategies to increase product sales, revenue, and market share. Evaluate sales objectives utilizing Nielson reports.
•	Evaluate all company supplier programs. Present monthly sales, new product distribution, and promotional reports. Conduct quarterly performance reviews of all direct reports.
•	Train, manage, develop, and motivate assigned sales representatives and merchandisers, on company standards. Conduct weekly sales meetings, and work with sales representatives to address current market conditions and needs.
•	Developed and instituted a merchandiser training program increasing overall efficiency by 20% and reducing company operational costs.
