15 years in oncology, leader and clinical (on the ground) educator had already taught me that putting people first is what delivers results in high stakes environments. 

In corporate, that approach didn't fit their traditional definition. So none of it existed.

And it finally broke me.


So I built a system founded on what I experienced first hand in oncology. 

The focus is to sustain and support senior corporate leaders to advocate for who they already are - with clarity.

Advocate - with clarity from that validating belief, and feel the weight of external validation lift.
