50 in 50 Challenge 

Building 50 projects in 50 weeks using only AI tools and vibe coding practices. Recording tutorials and creating resources for non tech founders to learn the fundamentals of Lovable, Supabase, Cursor and many other tools.

In first half of 2025 I've: 
- Built over 40 apps and publicly launched 17 of them, signing up more than 3,000 users
- Hosted dozens of bootcamps, a Hackathon, and did 4-5 AMA sessions on Vibe Coding
- Had over 500 students graduate a vibe coding course that I built with the help of Starter Story 
- Reached 100,000 views on my YouTube channel

I'm starting to believe that we really need to rethink how we're build things. 

For example: 

- I don't think you need a CMS anymore, you can just build a blog on Lovable, clone and edit blog posts or landing pages in a single prompt, which is much faster than filling out text boxes. 

- Same goes for video editing and generation I guess - Whitney Menarcheck just showed us this is possible to do with Lovable too. 

- I built a chrome extension with Lovable recently even though it should not be technically possible. It just works.  

To those who say that the biggest bottleneck of development with AI tools will be hardware, memory, windows, models or anything else - I say that the biggest obstacle are actually our brains, which are hardwired to the old ways of thinking. 

Find a super bold and crazy idea, and try to build it. Who's to say it can't be done!

The people who criticize your progress the loudest

are usually the ones making none of their own.

When I started building AI systems for clients,
a few people assumed I'd lost the plot.

Not quietly either.

I got messages like:
"Isn't this just prompt engineering?"
"Why wouldn't they just use ChatGPT?"
"You're building something that'll be free next year."

What they missed:
progress feels threatening
to anyone who hasn’t moved in a while.

The people who are actually building,
they don’t mock experimentation.

→ Engineers don’t roll their eyes  
  at cleaner system design

→ Operators don’t judge you  
  for automating recurring work

→ Founders don’t laugh  
  at your early prototypes

They get it, because they’ve lived the messy part.

The loudest critics are usually the ones
who never shipped anything uncertain.

They cling to familiar workflows.
They avoid new tools.
They fear being replaced,
so they criticize those who adapt.

Don’t let that noise steal your momentum.

AI is not a trend.
It’s an acceleration layer.
And early movers always look “strange”
to people who stopped moving.

Here’s what critics never see:

→ Your tenth rebuild  
→ Your first broken workflow  
→ Your willingness to learn fast  
→ Your reps with new automations  
→ Your patience while the system stabilizes

They only see the part they can comment on.

So keep going.

Keep refining your internal processes.  
Keep documenting workflows that scale.  
Keep building agents that remove friction.  
Keep designing tools that move work forward.

Because the real risk is not adopting AI too early.
It’s waking up one day and realizing
you outsourced your future to someone braver.

In AI, in systems, in business,  
experience is the most expensive education  
but also the one that hardens your intuition.

Most people blame the system. 

Here's why few ever build a great one.

They see outcomes and call them luck.  
They don’t see the micro-decisions that made them.

Every result in your life right now  
is a reflection of a system you designed,  
intentionally or not.

Systems are invisible until they break.  
Then suddenly, everyone sees them.

→ The missed workouts.  
→ The reactive emails.  
→ The unplanned meetings.  
→ The unclear goals.  

Tiny leaks.  
Each one insignificant alone.  
Together, they sink the ship.

When founders finally grasp this,  
everything changes.

They stop chasing motivation.  
They start refining inputs.

Everyone's teaching AI to think like humans.
 
DeepMind did the opposite.
 
They taught it to dream like a system.
 
Most people see AI as the dreamer.
I see it as the mirror.
 
In 2016, AlphaGo made a move no human would make.
Move 37.
Game 2.
 
Experts called it a mistake.
It looked wrong.
Felt wrong.
 
Then it won the game.
 
But here's what that moment really revealed:
 
AlphaGo wasn't trying to think like a human.
It was thinking like a system.
Exploring spaces we couldn't see.
 
And in doing so, it showed us something about ourselves.
 
The best Go players didn't reject that move.
They studied it.
Absorbed it.
Evolved because of it.
 
Lee Sedol, the human champion, said:
"I thought I knew everything about Go.
But AlphaGo showed me I was wrong."
 
That's the mirror effect.
 
AI doesn't just solve problems.
It reveals our blind spots.
Our assumptions.
The dreams we didn't know we had.
 
Here's what most people miss about AI:
 
→ It's not about making machines more human
→ It's about discovering what we haven't seen in ourselves
→ The breakthrough happens when systems challenge our patterns
 
If we design AI to only reflect us,
we miss the point.
 
But if we let it show us what we can't see?
 
That's when both human and machine evolve.

AI is powerful.

I watched my AI agent do $2,400 worth of work 

while I sat at my daughter's gymnastics class.

No exaggeration.

I had this moment with my AI agent last week.

I was stuck in our CRM building a report.
The UI was clunky.
The conditional logic made no sense.
And every time GPT suggested a rule,
I’d check the dropdown and it simply wasn’t there.

So I opened the CRM inside Atlas.
I asked my agent what was going on.
It looked at the screen and said,
"You actually need an automation for clean data. Want me to build it?"

Sure. Go for it.

A few minutes later it’s clicking around.
Slowly, but with intent.
Doing something I’d never done before.
Something I’d have needed to learn.

And it worked.

So I queued another task.
And another.
And another.

Fast forward an hour:
I’m at my daughter’s gymnastics class

Here’s what hit me in that moment:

We complain when superhuman intelligence takes 20 seconds.

Think about how insane that is.

Kevin and I were testing a new model the other day. 

What hit us wasn’t the speed, or even the quality.  
It was the contrast.

One tab was instant, nuanced, deeply contextual.  
The other was still “thinking,” twenty minutes later.  

And that tiny gap?  
That’s the future sneaking up on us. 

We say, “this is the worst it’s ever going to be.”  
But tech doesn’t just go up and to the right.  
It gets better, then worse, then better again.  

Progress is lumpy.  
But directionally, it’s undeniable.

What impressed me most:  
→ It retained a huge amount of context  
→ It retrieved answers instantly  
→ The writing felt natural and precise  
→ It mapped itself to the document like it was part of it  

This is why people are excited.  
Not hype.  
Access.  

The point of access is where everything changes.  
When friction drops to near zero,  
behavior shifts overnight.  

The same way broadband unlocked YouTube.  
The same way the iPhone unlocked the app economy.  
The same way agentic AI will unlock workflows we can’t imagine yet.  

We’re not just getting smarter models.  
We’re getting closer distance between intent and output.  

And once that gap collapses,  
every industry reorganizes.

 Designing AI Systems That Think With You

The person I feared becoming  

was the system I had already built.  

For years, fear drove the algorithm.

I thought I was improving.  
But I was automating limitation.  

“Not smart enough.”  
“Not ready yet.”  
“Not enough.”  

Each belief ran silently  
like legacy code I never refactored.  

It worked, technically.  
But it produced the wrong outcomes.  

I called it “humility.”  
It was just poor configuration.  

Every system runs on assumptions.  
Every leader runs on stories.  

If your inner OS says  
“I’m not capable,”  
you’ll filter out every signal that proves you are.  

If your process says  
“Wait until perfect,”  
you’ll delay the experiment that shows you can.  

And if your architecture is built on fear,  
you’ll keep scaling self-doubt.  

Leadership isn’t about adding more.  
It’s about debugging what’s already running.  

The belief that “I’m not enough”  
is just an unpatched script.  

Delete it.  
Rebuild from trust.  

Because confidence isn’t a personality trait  
it’s clean code.
