Hello, I'm Leanne Elich, a Behavioural Economist and Neuroscientist. Also known as a Leadership Advisor, Speaker, and unapologetic brain enthusiast. As CEO of Leanne Elich Consulting, I help businesses decode the rich intersection of neuroscience and behavioural science, turning human insight into commercial momentum. A powerful combination transforming businesses faster than thought possible.

I’m known as an unshakeable optimist. I believe in a brighter future, and in our ability to build it together. One brain at a time. My work uncovers the patterns behind how people think, choose and communicate, helping organisations operate at their highest level.

With a PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology and a graduate of Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School, I am considered a sought-after expert in bridging the gap between science and business.

In 2023, I was thrilled to be awarded the 2023 Top 20 Women in Business and in 2024, I was honoured with the title of Master Neuroplastician by the Institute of Organizational Neuroscience.
My mission is simple but profound: Changing business, one brain at a time.

My journey started at age 5 with the game Operation, and it somehow turned into a global career across medicine, oncology, commercial leadership and now business psychology. In 2018, I launched LEC to help leaders, teams and organisations transform how they sell, lead and grow.

Today, you’ll find me advising leaders, coaching teams, shaping strategy, speaking on stages and sharing insights across national media. I’m here to elevate thinking, expand possibilities and create meaningful impact in every room.

Hi, I’m Stella Gianotto, Creative Director and Consumer Futurist of Brand for Brands.

It all started when I was just eight years old. 

I vividly remember getting into trouble with my parents for "wasting film" in the camera…again. What they saw as a wasted resource was the beginning of a lifelong passion. I would find interesting objects around the house to photograph, carefully arranging them by colour, shape and size and capturing them from different angles. 

Even at a young age, I was drawn to seeing the world differently and sharing that perspective with others.

It wasn't long before my entrepreneurial journey began. I realised that I saw things others didn’t: what some might call "opportunity." In primary school, I seized every fundraising event to practice my budding business skills. 

I would delicately mark up prices on everything from lamingtons to cookies, making a few dollars on the side and scoring extra boxes of treats along the way. By high school, I had moved on to photographing dancers and models, creating portfolios that showcased their talents.

This is where my creative intelligence and business flair really took off. I’ve always been driven by a desire to challenge the norms, constantly asking, "Is there a better way?" This question has been the cornerstone of my career, leading me to work with businesses on positioning their brands for growth. 

I place their brand in the hearts and hands of their consumers, helping them connect on a deeper level.

Some people describe what I do as the "SUPERFOOD" for their brand—a potent elixir that offers clarity and reveals what others can’t see, delivering success every time. I have mastered the art of uncovering and defining a brand's uniqueness within its marketing strategies.

Despite the competition, the secret to my success remains elusive to others. Often referred to as the "Plan B" agency, many don’t realise they have a branding problem until their sales are impacted or their current marketing strategies fail to deliver. 

As the Creative Director behind Brand for Brands, I’ve successfully delivered thousands of brands to market. 

My regular contributions to the media have positioned me as a Consumer Futurist and my hard work has earned me multiple business awards, including Best Designer, Best Design House, and Best Brand Agency Sydney 2019.
