Logistics planning and dispatching of 40 cross border trucks divided between a dry van and flatbed division. I scheduled local and shunt drivers to provide short haul movements of freight within eastern Ontario and Western Quebec,. Develop new and profitable freight lanes through inside sales, freight brokering, analytics. I worked in all areas of the business including some recruiting, training, incident reporting, compliance, freight claims, storage charges. I tended to after hours emergency roadside maintenance, US and Canada customs issues and worked with our garage staff to schedule regular fleet maintenance for over 125 pieces of equipment.
