As CEO of Flaunt Digital, I’m responsible for driving the agency forward by overseeing the day-to-day operations, as well as being able to onboard exciting clients.

My favourite type of client is a client that wants to move as quickly as we do, because that’s the reality of digital: it moves fast. And when you have a team as talented as we do, you’ll never be short of ideas - or results. 

For me personally, having a deep knowledge and technical expertise in search marketing and strategy has led to invaluable experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for both national and global clients.
I’ve always been an advocate of using emerging technology to harvest attention and generate revenue for clients - and I’m an even bigger advocate of kindness within business. There’s not enough of it.

I have never celebrated the term performance marketing. 

To me, all marketing activity is performance based. Would you hypothesise an outcome and create activity to test that hypothesis without at least an idea of the expected outcome? 

The article on WARC showing research that in the UK marketers are realigning their budgets and directing more into brand-led initiatives made me smile. 

I hope in 2026 (and beyond) marketers and brands can be brave in the pursuit of successful marketing and lean into the fact that the current landscape is difficult to predict but not without significant opportunity.

As a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager I have created the B2C eCommerce sales channel of the company in Romania and its digital presence on this market (web / social media / email / marketplace / PR).

- Generated over 60K eCommerce orders - eCommerce Champion with highest growth rate in 2023, 2022 and 2021 among all Meesenburg subsidiaries
