At Mars Petcare, I lead Analytics & AI Capabilities and serve as interim head of our Global Analytics Services team, guiding a global team to deliver scalable solutions that simplify complexity, accelerate decisions, and drive measurable business impact.

Over the past five years, we’ve evolved from a specialized function into a trusted cross-divisional partner — building reusable frameworks, strengthening core analytics capabilities, and enabling faster, more consistent decision-making across our business.

Before Mars, I led analytics transformations at Estée Lauder and The Vitamin Shoppe. Early in my career, I learned that great analytics isn’t about having all the answers. 1.  Actively leading the creation of cutting-edge AI-based accounting products, utilizing both proprietary and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI and Llama to transform and innovate within the finance industry.

1. Built a robust data science practice that supports different cross functional teams within the organization.
2. Established the necessary cloud infrastructure for Data Science like Jupyter Notebooks on EC2, Docker, Snowflake integration and Data Pipeline on AWS.
3. Developed customer traffic based Retail Store Labor Optimization Model using Constraint Programing and Genetic Algorithm, thus saving million of dollars in labor cost and increasing sales by increasing conversion.
4. Developed Retail Store Site Selector Model based on various geo-spatial and demographic features. A Regression model was developed using CatBoost Regression Model predicting annual sales based on site location. Another classification model based on Keras-Tensorflow leveraging Satellite imagery and other geospatial features was built to identify optimum retail locations.
5. Built an automated lead extraction tool in python leveraging google and yelp APIs
6. Developed Direct Mail Campaign Machine Learning Model to identify ideal customers suitable for sending discount coupons. Various Machine Learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Logistic Regression and Neural Network were leverage to create this model.
7. Developed Financial Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA-SARIMAX, Prophet) Model.
8. Built customer Recency Frequency Monetary (RFM) Model for better customer segmentation and prioritization.
