- Implemented Discount feature on Voyager and Lunar. The feature works for both, store wide discounts and categorical discounts
- Migrated Voyager from Create React App to Vite with 40% improvement in build time

Sudofy

As Front-End Lead:
- Currently managing team of 6 brilliant and young developers, helping out in their blockers
- Introduced Microcomponents, Micro Frontends and updated techstack with latest frameworks like NextJs
- Revived, planned and executed the Internship program. Trained and hired 8 junior developers
- Working on Sudofy Design kit, a standalone mono repo for Front-end development
- Managed resueable widgets development using ReactJs and Webpack

As Data Analyst:
- Worked with client's marketing team, developed Marketing dashboard using tools like AWS Quicksight to enable better marketing strategies
- Data query from AWS Athena for user segmentation on across different categories
- Developed and monitored goals on Google Analytics
- Developed, and implemented Hubspot Behavioral Analytics on web application to track customer activity and downloads
- Implemented a system, using visualisations from Google Analytics to Google Data Studio to understand user journey. Added the said visualisations to Hubspot Analytics Dashboard
- A/B Testing on different products to develop strategies using Google Optimize

As Front-End Developer:
- Started off as a shadow resource, working alongside the senior developers. Simple front-end tasks
- Developed dashboards, integrated REST APIs for data and worked on applying business logics using themes like React Fuse
- Developed user facing websites with provided UI Wireframes on Figma and Adobe XD
- Developed webapps, integrated REST APIs and worked on payment gateways like Stripe
