In the same first year we've achieved a milestone of 50,000 units sold, with clear insights on proof of market validation. I am a devoted health and wellbeing coach specializing in confidence and resilience coaching. Overcoming homelessness at 17 shaped my journey, instilling a deep understanding of the impact of thought processes on problem-solving. 

As a social scientist, I graduated with an innate curiosity that defines my life's purpose. I know that there are two behaviours that help us stay well, they are building strong relationships and living and working in a safe and inclusive environment.

My mediation skills, honed through community collaboration, are vital. In the criminal justice system, I seamlessly applied coaching techniques to support individuals facing life challenges, introducing accountability and actionable insights.

As a domestic abuse professional, I efficiently triaged for risk and need, handling heavy caseloads and contributing to multi-agency public protection meetings.

Accredited as a coach, my approach emphasizes fostering confidence and resilience. I employ tailored coaching methods to help individuals navigate stress, reduce reactions, and improve self-management of emotions and lifestyle choices.

I attend the Multi-Agency Public Protection meetings. I Advocated on behalf of the victim(s) to ensure that any license conditions were proportional and realistic.
