At 20, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, starting with event management (our first event drew 1,200 people!), then building a social platform that reached 15,000 users and caught the attention of Shark Tank Switzerland.

But it was construction that captured my imagination. Walking through Zurich and seeing buildings rise from the ground, I knew this industry - with $130B+ TAM - was ready for transformation.

I maintain employee data using Talent HR Management tool, write job ads and support the recruiting process by screening potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
I support the marketing team in user recruiting, and help organize team events.

Additionally, I helped create a partnership network and draft project documentation outlining deadlines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

In this role, I recruited, interviewed, and lead the team conducting the World Bank Enterprise Survey. As the team leader I was tasked with communicating the results to the management and external stakeholders. I maintained and updated employee data and dossiers, supporting the HR department in the creation and sending of contracts and payroll. HR processes were documented and maintained in the cloud. In addition, I ensured high-quality results delivered on time and within budget.

As an assistant recruiter I created job ads, did LinkedIn outreach, resume screening and first round interviews with candidates. I maintained the employee files and the talent pool, helped personnel planning and hiring strategies, and conducted internal and external training programs. 

My biggest achievement was the improvement of the hiring process through the creation of a new technical interview task. This allowed for better skill assessment and increased client satisfaction.

At Medimex, a family-owned healthcare startup (a division of EDD), I helped with office management, personnel planning, and organization of meetings. I communicated with clients, partners and employees. During this period the company grew from 3 to 10 employees, and from 5 to 25 clients. I had a chance to learn about various business and HR practices.

I'm passionate about this field and always eager to explore new avenues for personal and professional growth. So far I have recruited people in several industries, ranging from marketing to software development. I've had a chance to improve hiring processes, and lead my own team.
