In my role as Team leader and Electrical  engineering technician I am responsible for:-

•      A team of four engineers and one apprentice.
Project Management.
•	Maintenance, installation, testing and repair of equipment. 
•      HV Switching (11000v)
•      ATEX CompEx. Ex05 06 (combustible dusts)
•	P.A.T. testing, 
•	R.C.D. testing,
•	The development and upkeep of electrical drawings and records
•	Energy monitoring, recording data for cost analysis.

I have recently completed  a level 3 Diploma in Management  and  have taken responsibility for the design and installation of many projects.

At ADM Castleford  Flour Mill, I designed, built and installed the electrical control system for the,” Wheat Intake plant”.
I created the schematics and wrote the PLC program to give automatic sequence,  control of the plant.

More recently I designed and installed the electrical installation for the Brown Dusting Flour project at ADM Knottingley.

My duties also include the purchase of electrical supplies and equipment on a daily basis. I control a budget and deal with many electrical suppliers, with whom I have built up strong relationships, enabling competitive pricing.

I have taken responsibility for training Electrical Safety procedures and ADM’s Corporate Lock Out and Tag Out program (L.O.T.O.) for employees working on or around machinery. I take safety seriously and have  given many presentations on electrical safety.

In addition, I believe I am a good communicator; I am able to listen to different points of view enabling me to make positive decisions. I relate well with my peers and colleagues which I believe facilitates a productive working environment.
I have demonstrated an ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the industry as and when required.
