Professional headshots, personal branding images, and portraits are the studio specialties.  

🔹Personal Branding - When you need to revamp your website or you need varied visual content for social media personal branding is what you need. A personal branding session features a collection of professional images designed to highlight the one thing a competitor can’t copy....you. Don’t think this session needs to be all about blazers, suits and ties. If you make candles in overalls, or rock a beekeepers suit, these are components of your brand and they should be captured. 

🔹Headshots - Sometimes a headshot is all you need. Whether it’s an email signature or a profile image we’ve got you covered. We don’t oversimplify this aspect of our work however. The right head position, expression, and lighting pattern can take a headshot from ok to...oookaaaay! 
*Most clients get board with their headshot after about 3 months so we recommend 2 images so that you don’t have to resort to swapping out your professional image with a selfie for variety.

🔹Portrait - We use words like legacy, timeless, and archival to describe the portraits we create for our clients. Feel what it’s like to be treated like a celebrity for a day. We partner with some of the best professional hair and makeup artists in the city to make you look and feel amazing while in front of the camera. You can also take advantage of our ever growing studio wardrobe if you care to glam up your photoshoot a bit!

Photographer - Owner

I help entrepreneurs and small businesses owners show the best version of themselves through a curated photo experience. My mission is to work with professionals and aid them in their efforts to step confidently and enthusiastically into their own power and be the face of their brands.

As a headshot photographer, I understand the importance of creating a powerful image that communicates your professionalism and personality. Whether you need a headshot for your website, email signature, or social media profile, I will work with you to create an image that represents you at your best.
I take a unique approach to headshots, ensuring that the right head position, expression, and lighting pattern are used to take your headshot from "ok" to "oookaaaay!" And because most clients get bored with their headshot after about 3 months, I recommend getting at least two images so that you can switch them out for variety.

I felt stuck.
I wanted to break free from the craziness of life.
I wanted something more.  Something different.
Trying to figure out how to slow life down for a few minutes so I could figure out how to make the changes I wanted was overwhelming. 
 I wanted to live empowered, not overwhelmed.

Do you ever feel stuck?  Trapped in life’s routines? 
The demands of family, job, life all take over and mash together in a way that can’t be separated and you can’t stop the crazy long enough to change things.  

You want to lose weight, get healthy, and take better care of yourself yet struggle to find time and figure out how.

I get it. 
I was so frustrated feeling stuck and struggling to make the changes.  It wasn’t how I thought life was going to be.   

As I went from teaching school to married, to new mom (of 3 in 3 years), to moving for my husband’s job, I took on a lot of new roles.    All these new changes were good, exciting, and planned. Yet, in the process, my identity changed.   I was so busy taking care of everyone else, I didn’t have time for myself. I was overweight, out of shape, and at the bottom of my own “to-do” list. I felt like I lost myself (so cliche, I know).  I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and embarrassed about my weight.
 The confusing part was that I didn’t even know how to make the changes I wanted to make.  
One day, I had a breakthrough and realized I am responsible for my own choices. I decided if things were going to change, it is up to me to change them. .  I knew I had work to do and I got busy doing it. I hired coaches, got healthy, and learned how they think and feel on a lighter level.
I learned how to create a life of empowerment, contentment, health, and light for myself.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach. As I worked to get the best results for my clients, I continued to work on myself.  
Now I combine all this knowledge, experience, and certifications with my degree in Education, into a program I created called the Three Pillars of Light.  It is a three-stage process that uses personal empowerment coaching to guide you to a Lighter Body and a Lighter Life.  
Getting unstuck and healthy with me is a wild, wonderful, amazing journey.
I simply guide you through my three-step process.  

The frustration ends here.  Stop looking for a quick fix and trying diets that don’t work. 
Hoping something changes without taking action will keep you stuck, overwhelmed, and overweight. 
Instead, you can get unstuck, have more energy, look better, feel better, and experience an empowered Lighter Life.
