► District Manager; 2015-Present

Challenged to transform performance for a district with failing absent, turnover, and service rates, I helm facility operations, people development, human resources, financial reporting, and customer service activities. In addition, I build strong internal relationships that have helped improve overall retention, satisfaction, and engagement. 

Utilizing a positive, high-touch management approach, I’ve already achieved some excellent accomplishments:

•	Rapidly reduced turnover by 76% and complaints by 57%. 

•	1 of only 12 women enterprise-wide selected for ‘Women in Leadership’ focus group; serve on District Focus Group with 7 DMs. 

•	Introduced ‘Touch Base’ initiative to assess new hire satisfaction across compensation, workplace environment, and job confidence.
