Over the years, I have had a focus on Mental Health Awareness, Holistic Therapies and Ways to improve mindset and calm. 

I am passionate about self-care, yoga & meditation and travel and write regularly about these topics.

MarketStar is a global leader in Outsourced Sales and Marketing. The company headquarters is based out of Ogden, Utah and in 2019 acquired Product2Market, an Irish-founded outsourced sales agency. One of the major global clients is Dropbox which I worked on as the Program Manager.

My major achievements in this position include:

Managing a global team of reps, managers and over three years, 13 projects on behalf of Dropbox. 
Building of frameworks, training & coaching materials for Team Leads and Senior Reps focused on employee development. 
Setting global goals and targets around Customer Satisfaction and consistently hitting these goals across chat projects. KPI measurement was C-sat predominantly. 
Presentation of five quarterly business reviews to an audience of executives, program managers and directors.
Training to the company’s 130+ managers on cultivating a healthy work environment and encouraging mindfulness in the workplace.
Designing, building and creating content to deliver to teams in the Dropbox program and within our wider organisation in Ireland and the USA.

Dropbox Experiments Global Program Manager

Working on global strategy with our Experiments management team at Marketstar while aligning with our Strategic Partners at Dropbox. Weekly updates on our monthly and quarterly goals with strategy sessions to decipher the best methods of activation in our segment. 
Successful experimentation of pilot projects both from scratch in EMEA and emulating NAMER campaigns in EMEA with a high success rate. 
Building strong relationships with parties across all areas of the business including HR, training and reps internally and externally. 
Setting goals and targets around Customer Satisfaction and consistently hitting these goals across three projects. These results took into account all teams across the world on the program and ranked number one quarter on quarter. KPI measurement was C-sat predominantly.

Dropbox Senior Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Product2Market (now, Marketstar), I worked on pilot projects for Dropbox in EMEA and worked closely with our NAMER team in Marketstar. My focus was on activation with existing Dropbox customers at various stages of their life cycle.

Responsibilities included:
- Managing the team and working to activities, specific KPI's and offering insights on customer feedback. Insights are gathered in order to improve our customer experience and feedback to our product teams.
- I carry out weekly coaching sessions and work with both individuals and the team on their objectives.
- Building out processes for each project and creating resources that will help to drive the team forward and make each project successful. Training includes customer life cycle, customer motivators and effective communication.
- Weekly communications with both internal and external stakeholders at Dropbox, Marketstar and Product2Market to ensure we are building sustainable strategy .
- Accountable to drive high usage of specific features within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption plan.
- Hiring and development for my team and working with other managers on hiring for their teams both internally and externally. This involves screening and interviewing including group interviews.

Dropbox Team Lead

LUSH | UK & Europe

Lush is leading the way in the world of ethically made fair trade and cruelty-free cosmetics.
Deemed as one of Ireland's top ten places to work, Lush is also number two in Ireland for customer service.

My role involved:

- Co-managing a team of 28- 45 staff (part-time and full-time) on a day to day basis.
- Running training sessions for the team in the areas of product ranges and sales skills.
- Co-ordinating marketing and events for the shop including social media, blogger events and charity pot parties.
- Brainstorming new and innovative ways of driving the business forward including building relationships with local brands. 
- Working on and carrying out recruitment for both junior and senior positions.
- Performing monthly performance reviews, goal-setting and coaching sessions. 
- Reaching and surpassing a goal of 250,000 € in charity pot sales over a two year period.
- Acquiring a 4* store report during my time as floor leader.

The products can be personalised with a cover, title and preface to suit individual tastes. Length can be up to 450 pages in total and we deliver globally.

My achievements and responsibilities were:

-Management of all social media activity across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google Plus with a combination of 20,000 fans in total.
-Execution of monthly newsletter to 15,000 subscribers and an increase of sales month on month.
-Management of company blog including content, promotion and analysis of development. Increase of visitors on average of 10,000 per month.
-Monitoring of traffic, sales and conversions using online analytics systems (Google Analytics, Mix Panel).
-Co-ordination of offline activities including print advertising in Lifestyle and travel-related magazines Kiss Ireland, Stellar and Aer Lingus.
-Generation of innovative marketing ideas to drive traffic and increase following.
-Community management across a variety of online forums Reddit, Facebook, Yahoo and Wedding forums.
-Creation of engagement strategy to gauge feedback and therefore optimize customer experience. Methods include survey, customers outreach and emails.
-Generation of giveaway, offer and launch ideas monthly.
- Editing of articles and blog posts for colleagues.
- Attendance of events on behalf of the company including Dublin's Web Summit and Germany's International Book Fair.

My achievements at Product2Market were:

-Sales and Lead Generation campaigns making calls of up to 180 per day.
-Optimisation of SEO of the company website.
-Generation of monthly content marketing strategy relevant to company blog and social media channels.
-Google adwords campaigns (weekly) and generation of leads via this medium.
-Creation and execution monthly e-newsletter to over 5,000 subscribers.
-PR strategy creation and publications in Silicon Republic and The Irish Times.
-Alteration to company website to increase conversions and addition of elements to encourage engagement pre and post sale. This included a downloadable and more contact options that allow for quicker response rates and troubleshooting.
-Project management of European targeted campaigns, weekly catch-ups with external parties and reporting on success of results. Achievement of higher than expected results and further engagement with company following a successful pilot project.
