A word that scares people😱
A word that, when people hear it, they automatically give a negative connotation 🤷‍♀️

↳ You keep hear that, 
…You suppose to do mistakes and fail, 
…that’s how you learn,
…that’s how you know next time to do it better,
…that’s how you know what NOT to do next time…

↳ BUT you still blame & shame yourself, because we were taught by school & society to look for perfection and success 🤷‍♀️

👉 So, I challenge you, next time to reframe ‘the mistakes’, and think about 
🤔‘what might be the POSITIVE value of this’ and 
🤔’what did I LEARN from it’,

↳ And notice that mistakes have positive connotations too 😉 provide valuable lessons if we let ourselves learn from them 😉

↳ You see, it’s the MEANING that WE give it that matters!! 😉

❗️As Oscar Wilde said, “Experience is the name we give to our mistakes”❗️😊

Sure, there are mistakes that can change the course of life …. but, than again, everything happens for a reason 😉

But, till we don’t start shifting the mindset (including the WORDS we use when we talk with ourselves), we will not change the outcome…

Lately, I hear more and more people making plans for 2026…

That’s not a bad thing at all… by the opposite…

It’s Exciting 🤩

Just that, almost everyone I hear says 
…..‘will be the perfect time to do that …’ 
…..‘perfect time to book that …..’ 
..…‘perfect time to go to gym again or to eat healthier…’

→ Whatever the goal is, seems that everyone is waiting for ‘the perfect time’ 
… without realising that they are wasting the most valuable resource they have 
TIME ⏰⏰⏰

→ What if YoU stop waiting  for ‘the perfect time’⁉️

Apart from the fact that there is no such thing like ‘PERFECT TIME’
….to start a business or a side hustle 
(no matter how much you wait to be prepared)
….to quit a job 
….to have a ‘difficult conversation’
….to get healthy ….etc 

while waiting for it, you get actually less of it 🧐

because

→ Time waits for no one ‼️
Every day you wait is another day you won’t get it back!!! ⏰⏰⏰

What If YOU start practicing setting GOALS before Jan 2026?? ⭐️

We still have more than a month from 2025 😉

↳ In general, people make plans and set GOALS at the beginning of the year….

And the Excuse is ….to start fresh 🤨

↳ It seems we forget that every day it’s a Fresh New Start anyway ….😊

And then we start the year with fresh, new Goals
…. and forget about it by the end of January 🧐😔

↳ So, what if we start practicing now… at the end of the year ….and beginning of a new week 😉💪

Let’s do a repetition ….just to boost the momentum for 2026

And to boost our GOALS too 🚀

➡️ I’ll give you 3 very easy tips that helped me and my clients in moving full speed towards our Goals

…..and will definitely help you too 😉

⭐️ 1) WRITE DOWN THE GOAL 

It’s more powerful when you see it black on white on a paper 

Now it’s tangible, is YOURS 
….is not anymore just a thought in your head ….that maybe was infused to you by family or society
NOW IS YOUR GOAL 💯

⭐️ 2) MAKE A PLAN 

….but this doesn’t mean you have to be overwhelmed by the full picture 🏞

Always start with small, baby steps …. don’t underestimate the power of these steps 

because...’Baby steps lead to Giant step’! 😉

⭐️ 3) BE CONSISTENT 

in working on your goal, in taking baby steps 

…..Ideally do something daily for it 
…..Even a tiny, little step 😊

Ah, and last, but definitely not least
