• As a part of Accounts Platform and Onboarding team, improved the performance of the promotion account provisioning with the goal of 10k accounts in 1 hr with a p99 latency of 30s (which reduced from ~ 10 mins) by ensuring that critical entities are created first, such as the tenancy and cloud account followed by lazy creation of other entities. 
This feature was presented in Oracle Open World 2019.

• Was part of the initial team for onboarding of SaaS offerings (such as, Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Management, Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management) into OCI in UK and in US, UCM onboarding of Exadata and multiple Cloud @ Customer projects
