Senior Associate in the Customer Impact Consulting group with a focus on the Entertainment, Media, and Communications Industries. Project experience includes: 

• Directed project management for mobile-first video offering being brought to market by major US telecom provider; worked with content acquisitions team and content providers, supporting onboarding of $150MM of video content.  
• Large-scale transformation effort at major US telecom provider which served to support and drive aspects of provider's top strategic priorities to transition from legacy wireline products to strategic IP-based products and to significantly reduce costs in the transformation effort.

Planned and executed a new pricing promotion, and performed back-end analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion.

Directed content development, review of content and publication of monthly e-newsletter and additional online news content. I created copy for press releases and worked with AAMA’s public relations consultant to facilitate the organization’s P.R. initiatives with industry trade publications. Increased company web traffic by educating clients on new site features as well as social media efforts and RSS feed technology.

•	Assisted in problem management by interfacing with customers, analyzing contract documentation and reconciling accounts. Attained 24-hr resolution timeline.

Recycle Revolution - Waste Solutions Service Provider Start-up

•	Negotiated and executed first DFW C&D trailer recycling solution for internationally owned construction firm, bringing regional offices and construction sites into compliance with corporate environmental initiatives and within budget.
•	Initiated and led research of new operational software integration to meet the needs of a cash-flow strained operation through business process, cost-benefit analyses.  Funding of $600,000 was granted.

•	Created business and marketing plans for company to meet the distinct needs of independent musicians, through situation and financial analysis, and market research. Presented web-based solutions and won $1.2 million in venture funding.
