Through on-site as well as hybrid training sessions for audiences ranging from interns to executives, I teach the skills that busy professionals need in order to create and present in a way that drives efficient decision-making. We've all sat through meetings that could have been emails, and we have all seen too many PowerPoints that are "walls of texts" and covered in bullet points and 8-point fonts.

Oversee all training, development and organizational health efforts for Southwest Business, a 180-person B2B sales organization. Responsible for departmental employee engagement, including surveys and associated action plans to increase employee engagement, development and retention as well as StrengthsFinders rollout.

Manage the Corporate Sales Department Planning portfolio of projects, roll those projects into the overall Commercial Plan and work to foster alignment and prioritization within the Commercial organization as well as with key partners including Technology, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Delivery.

Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & New Business Development

Senior Associate in the Customer Impact Consulting group with a focus on the Entertainment, Media, and Communications Industries. Project experience includes: 

• Directed project management for mobile-first video offering being brought to market by major US telecom provider; worked with content acquisitions team and content providers, supporting onboarding of $150MM of video content.  
• Large-scale transformation effort at major US telecom provider which served to support and drive aspects of provider's top strategic priorities to transition from legacy wireline products to strategic IP-based products and to significantly reduce costs in the transformation effort. 
• Business and customer experience analysis at US telecom provider: analyzing internal and external impacts brought about by transformation efforts. 
• Establishing a best practices pricing strategy for a major transportation and logistics provider. 

Other major non-client efforts included:
• Led MBA recruiting efforts for target business schools, maintaining relationships with career centers as well as helping guide students through the recruiting process.

Senior Associate Consultant

American Airlines

Designed and implemented a new profitability model that included new assumptions in order to more accurately calculate breakeven levels, thus enabling better pricing decisions and best practices within the revenue management functions. 

Created a model that reevaluates customer value by assigning weights to a range of factors including levels of revenue, and costs driven by a particular customer. 

Planned and executed a new pricing promotion, and performed back-end analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion.

Cargo Revenue Management MBA Intern

American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA)

Directed content development, review of content and publication of monthly e-newsletter and additional online news content. I created copy for press releases and worked with AAMA’s public relations consultant to facilitate the organization’s P.R. initiatives with industry trade publications. Increased company web traffic by educating clients on new site features as well as social media efforts and RSS feed technology. 

Coordinated development and use of customer and member educational programs. I completed design and layout of in-house brochures and other promotional materials as needed, using Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Photoshop.

Supervised 16 student employees working for the Annual Giving Department of Wheaton College's Development Office. 

Conducted interviews, monitored each of the sixteen student employees' progress, and coached them throughout the year as they called alumni through the College Phonathon and solicited pledges for the college.

City of Dallas

Worked with the Mayor's office in organizing the citywide Mayor’s Back-To-School Fair; an annual event that draws 35,000 attendees. Arranged corporate sponsorship and volunteer participation for the event and coordinated City Council and city departmental involvement.

After completing my MBA, I have spent my post-graduate career in management consulting and corporate strategy roles. I also lean into organizational health and diversity & inclusion work whenever I can. My passion is around teaching others how to tell a compelling executive-level story, give persuasive presentations, and learn how to create the visual aids (PowerPoint) to support those efforts.

I am a software developer with expertise in backend development using Java, specializing in the Spring framework and building APIs. In addition to backend development, I am also an Automation specialist, consulting and building software robots to automate business processes using Automation 360, Power Automate, and UiPath.

My passion for technology extends beyond programming, and I am deeply interested in exploring the possibilities of Automation, AI, and ML in different fields. I believe in the transformative power of education and enjoy sharing my knowledge as a tutor.

In my free time, I am an avid reader and enjoy learning about different cultures and traditions. I also have a deep love for agriculture and farming, and my passion for it was ignited during my internship at Ideas Farms. I am proud to have played a role in the success of Mr. Pine, a pineapple delivery service that I founded and which is now a subsidiary of Ideas Farms.
