After my step along D'Arcy Ecuador and along Starcom/Publicis Group, born the possibility of returning to the network Young and Rubicam. Rivas Herrera/Young & Rubicam is one of the leading agencies of the Ecuador, with an intense path of prizes and strategic planning. It is a national agency, with offices in Quito and Guayaquil. My creative group that I had to lead was working totally independently from the rest of the structure, in narrow collaboration with the CEO, Jorge Herrera. It was an experience incredible to work together, we gain many biddings, work for out of the Ecuador, and the better thing: we amuse ourselves as madmen.
