•	Recruited to build the Digital Sales department, the first eCommerce Marketing team of its kind in college sports, from scratch. Bringing together email marketing, digital advertising, CRM, and web experimentation we grew from $0 to over 20,000,000 in annual revenue by 2019.
•	Generated $75,000,000 in eCommerce revenue over a five-year period by implementing advanced email marketing strategies for new customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
•	Hired, trained, and managed a team of three to four direct reports. Three of my employees were recruited for managerial positions with other sports teams.
•	Conducted CRO experiments on GoHuskies.com, resulting in 30% conversion rate increase, 57% database growth in 2020, despite a 56% drop in website traffic due to Covid-19.
•	Led “Go-To-Market” planning strategy, increasing revenue from product launches by 65%. By better aligning sales and marketing, we drove a $515,000 revenue increase from launches in 2019.
