Cyberonics is a proven neuromodulation leader with our VNS therapy system for refractory epilepsy and treatment resistant depression.  VNS therapy uses a surgically implanted pulse generator that delivers electric stimulation to the vagus nerve, improving seizure control.  

I currently lead a team of 10 therapeutic consultants  2 clinical specialists and 2 OR specialists.  We sell to hospitals through demand creation, working with neurologists, neurosurgeons, vascular surgeons, ENT and General surgeons.  We strategize and negotiate with purchasing managers and hospital CFOs to arrange for product buys.  

Responsible for sourcing, hiring and retaining a diverse sales team, provide coaching, guidance for growth and work on personal/career development.  
Annual regional revenues of approximately $24 million.  5 year regional sales growth of nearly 100%.
Geography covers much or all of Florida, Georgia, Alabama and parts of Mississippi and Louisiana.
