I’ve spent the last 18 years building people, teams, and companies.

The team around me comes from some of the world’s most respected institutions United Nations, UBS, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, EY, Goldman Sachs, PwC, Credit Suisse Asset Management, and Deutsche Bank. 

Their institutional grounding, combined with our entrepreneurial pace, allows us to execute at a global standard. 

From 20 to 38, I worked on the front line of global sales, recruitment, and business development seeing firsthand how talent, leadership, and opportunity determine whether a company wins or loses. I started in one of the toughest environments: direct sales with The Cobra Group. 

It taught me resilience, persuasion, leadership, and how to scale teams from zero. By my mid-20s, I was leading teams and training people from scratch. I then moved into white-collar specialist recruitment with SThree in the energy sector, learning how industries scale through people. Later, as part of the founding team at Rubicon Consulting, I became the “go-to” for General Electric, helping them build teams for critical global projects.

Those years showed me how companies really grow, how investors think, how founders succeed or fail, and how fragmented and unfair the private markets are. That journey shaped the foundation of what I’m building now.

Today I build venture studios and advise across biotech, space tech, fintech, ed-tech, energy, blockchain, gaming, and AI. I AM ecosystem building, helping founders, investors, students, and future leaders access the opportunities they deserve. 

I’m the founder of PHIAM, new infrastructure for the $15T private markets. PHIAM exists because too many founders are invisible, too many investors are trapped in illiquid positions, and too many young people are pushed into careers that don’t fit them.
