•	The key duties were to manage a series of Equity/Bond composite portfolios and to provide viable observations to the investment policy committee.
•	A key responsibility was to select appropriate equities/bonds/funds to satisfy both the house and the portfolio's strategic view.
•	These could include minimum income requirements, income/balanced/growth proportions and a vast array of quantitative risk & volatility measures
