My Journey in Analytics, Product Strategy, and Growth:

I graduated from IIT Kanpur with a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering, and later earned my MBA in Business Analytics from NTU Singapore. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve led data and analytics initiatives across fintech and platform companies like PayPal, Grab, and Axis Bank - working at the intersection of product, strategy, and experimentation.

My work focuses on using data to shape product decisions, drive growth, and optimize customer experience. I’ve built experimentation frameworks, led KPI design, conducted causal inference studies, and partnered closely with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy. Whether scaling analytics for a new feature or sizing a multi-million-dollar opportunity, I approach problems with structured thinking and a strong business lens.

Moreover, I’ve lived, studied, and worked across India, Singapore, Germany, and the US. Each of those experiences have shaped my collaborative style and global outlook. Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton and tennis, social dancing, and volunteering with NGOs.
